In 2009, Detroit Testing Laboratory, Inc., opened its first testing laboratory outside of Michigan. DTL Melbourne was developed in an effort to better service customers in the military defense and aerospace industry. Located in the heart of the Florida space coast, DTL Melbourne was created in partnership with ACS, an established leader in EMI testing. The partnership of ACS’ Melbourne EMI lab and DTL Melbourne in a 12,000 square-foot facility provides customers with a full service test lab offering Mil-Std 810, RTCA DO-160 and Mil-Std 461 testing for military and aerospace products.
