Years of wear and tear on vehicles can be simulated in hours with our electrodynamic and servohydraulic equipment. These methods are used to replicate the vibration and shock of road conditions that components would be subjected to under real conditions. Our staff engineers and machinists can design and build from the simple to complex fixtures or test equipment needed for project.

Vibration tests can also be combined with environmental tests, to simulate real-world conditions. DTL offers numerous shakers with three-axis vibration capability. We recently added two new shakers; a 4,000 force pound and an 8,000 force pound. Also available are shakers with AGREE vibration chambers that combine vibration testing with temperature and humidity testing ranging from -68°C to 177°C.
